The photographs i used, are pictures of families throughout different points of their lives. These photographs are mainly from the 1900's as shown by the quality they are taken in. By using these photographs i am easily able to link them to fragments as they are only snippets of a second of their days, out the whole of their lives.

I chose to draw this as the clock represents fragments of time, this links to the photographs used to make my developments as they are photographs of different families over a period of time.

During the workshop, we did multiple different types of drawings such as a 1 minute time limit, 3 minute time limit and continuous line drawings. Having a time limit was challenging as it put more pressure into finishing it and made me put less concentration into detail. I enjoyed the continuous line as it felt more free to be as creative with it as i could. If i had another go i would try not to concentrate on the time limit as much and concentrate more on the drawing as i feel it would be less stressful not worrying wether or not it is finished.
